The theme “Building a Culture of Discipline, Unity, and Professionalism” was chosen for the inaugural assembly of the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Syiah Kuala, as these three values serve as the fundamental pillars of a strong, resilient, and high-performing institution.
Discipline is essential for fostering good governance and creating a productive work culture. Unity strengthens collaboration among faculty members and administrative staff in achieving the faculty’s vision and shared goals. Meanwhile, professionalism ensures that every responsibility is carried out with integrity, excellence, and a strong commitment to quality.
Through this inaugural assembly, all members of the FKG USK academic community are encouraged to embrace a renewed spirit, reinforce their collective commitment, and cultivate a positive work culture. This marks an important first step toward advancing FKG USK as a leading, competitive, and impactful institution.
