The Faculty of Dentistry at Syiah Kuala University (FKG USK) held a guest lecture by inviting a speaker from the Department of Oral Biology, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia (FKG UI), Prof. Drg. Boy Muchlis Bachtiar, MS, PhD, PBO. The guest lecture was titled “The Role of Prokaryote Cells in the Oral Ecosystem.” The event took place on Wednesday, July 5th 2023, in the lecture hall on the 4th floor of the FKG building. The guest lecture was attended by Dr. Ridha Andayani, M.Si, as the event chairperson, Afrina, S.Ked, M.Si, as the faculty representative from the Oral Biology department, undergraduate students, and professional students. It is hoped that the guest lecture will enhance students’ understanding in the field of Oral Biology.
